StrikeRite is part of our elective class category - you'll learn techniques and tactics specific to effective striking, rather than focusing on a general curriculum.
During these 45 minute classes you will focus specifically on developing your ability to strike in the context of self-defence situations. You will build your speed, accuracy, power and agility through training drills and pad rounds.
The class is also a great cardio workout that will push your endurance to new levels. You will cover striking in different scenarios, environments and from different positions (sitting, standing, on the ground).
This class is open only to members and/or casual pass holders.
