Krav Maga Systems provides two main streams of personal training:
1: The Self-Defence Focused Stream - Get personal training in Krav Maga. We can tailor a personal training plan for your requirements or we can take you through our regular krav maga grading sylabus, the choice is yours.
2: The Fitness & Conditioning Stream - Get Stronger, fitter and lose fat faster than ever with our personal fitness and conditioning sessions. We offer strength and cardio training through the use of challenging power exercises, Weight training and Kettlebell workouts.
